Once you have signed up, you can request trading permissions to avoid restrictions and checks to trade, or apply for access to our APIs. If you meet the selling thresholds (EU/ UK resident, selling greater than 30 items OR £1,700 per calendar year) you agree to us sharing your data with HMRC under OECD regulations.
